Friends, How Many Of Us Have Them

Whats the meaning of a true friend in the year 2010. I thought it was someone you can share your secrets with without having the whole neighborhood knowing them two days later. I thought it was someone who you can go and get advice from and also give advice too. I even thought a friend was someone who you can share your clothes with and be there through the ups and downs in life. I thought I had all that but in the year of 2010 I've learned my only true friend is my damn self. A "true friend" in this day and age is someone who can't hold water and at the end of the day will probably shit on you one way or another.
